Product : Series 1700 Total Sulfur On-line Analyzer

Goal: This chemical plant was required to measure their total sulfur in order to prevent costly damage to the system by warning of total sulfur concentrations.

Results: The client was able to measure total sulfur with the series 1700 total sulfur gas analyzer in the catalytic bed to prevent poisoning. This saved the client millions in damages to the catalytic beds.

Customer Feedback: “Initially, measurement of the output to the catalyst was purchased but after reliable operation and costs savings were verified, analyzers were installed in the plant inlet in the middle of the process and outlet to optimize plant performance and reduce costs associated with catalyst replacement. These analyzers are extremely cost effective.”

For more information on how ASI can save your catalytic bed and save thousands, go to www.liquidgasanalyzers.com or http://www.liquidgasanalyzers.com/Total-Sulfur-Analyzer-Explosion-Proof-Tape-Method.html

Why H2S & Sulfur Colorimetric Tape Analyzers?

The most cost effective & accurate H2S analyzer available

Specific only to H2S (no known interferences proven by thousands of world wide applications)

Conformity to ASTM analytical methods D4084-82, D4468-85, and D4045-81

Automatic self-zero. The ASI KECO H2S analyzer does not suffer from a ‘zero drift’ as seen in other analyzers (see data sheet) thus eliminating zero gas requirements.

Versatile. The analyzer will not suffer in the event of process changes–no matter how drastic.

Wide Range Ability. The analyzer is capable of measuring from the low ppb levels thru ppm up to 100% saturation.

Analyzer holds calibration long term.

Linear Response. The tape darkening is proportional to H2S concentration so the response is fully linear.

Dual processors for both communication and analysis allows for essentially 100% continuous analysis time. Other analyzers with only one processor cannot continually analyze and communicate at the same time which lags the response time.

The humidifier assembly in the ASI KECO H2S analyzer has no dead volume which results in faster response & no absorption of H2S. In addition, the humidification membrane eliminates the possibility of liquid carry over which would break the tape.

18 AD converter equals less tape consumption, faster response & lower range ability.

Direct read display–no codes to memorize or characters to refer to.

Easily return the analyzer to Factory Calibration by choosing this option in the electronic menu of the analyzer.

Automatic calibration (No Attendant Required)
